Rayon d'Action was founded in 1993 and has always worked in the " automobile for pleasure " field, notably collector's cars, where the company is today among the main European "operators".

The team of Rayon d'Action consists of a standing small group, of whom:
Eric Hélaine
 Fond of car races since his younger days, he is the manager in charge of the structure since 1993. Graduate of the CELSA, he was a journalist, then in charge for communication of the LVA group (La Vie de l'Auto, Auto Rétro, LVM, Rétroviseur).
